About this fabric

This 100% linen fabric has a crisp, dry hand and a narrow vertical stripe repeat of approximately 1cm, creating a subtle rhythm across the cloth. The Forest colourway reads as soft moss olive with a slightly weathered, earthy cast rather than a bright green, so it feels grounded and usable. At approximately 150cm wide, it offers a practical width for both upholstery and drapery projects where a neat stripe is wanted. The small-scale pattern and restrained tone make it easy to layer with timber, stone and other natural textures. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √CM are supplied for this fabric.

How to use it

Use this colourway on a pair of relaxed armchairs, a bench or loose covers where the fine stripe can add structure without dominating the room. It also works well as curtains in a room with warm neutrals, bringing a fresh olive note that stays understated.

A restrained mossy stripe that feels tailored and easy to layer into calm interiors.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Hardy Stripe Forest without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
