Lavelle Cream

Lavelle FabricF4695-01

Lavelle Cream reads as a soft, warm ivory with a gently mottled surface and a subtle silk sheen. The cloth has a calm, natural look that feels refined without appearing glossy.

About this fabric

This colourway shows a pale cream ground with just enough warmth to stop it feeling stark, and the weave gives it a lightly textured, almost slubbed appearance. Made in 56% Silk and 44% Cotton, it has a graceful handle that suits both drapery and lighter upholstery schemes. The 140cm approximate width makes it practical for a range of interior uses, while the straight repeat of V 0cm / H 0cm means the focus stays on the texture rather than a visible pattern. The finish catches light softly across the surface, giving the fabric an understated depth rather than a flat ivory look.

How to use it

Use Lavelle Cream to soften rooms with timber, plaster and stone, where its warm undertone will keep the scheme feeling inviting. It works especially well with layered neutrals, aged brass and pale patterned wallpapers.

A quiet cream that layers easily with pale oak, linen and muted gold accents.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
