About this fabric

Woven in 100% linen, Yatton Stripe Old Blue has the dry, lightly slubby character that gives linen its natural clarity and texture. The stripe is set on a vertical repeat of 0cm with an approximate horizontal repeat of 3cm, creating a regular pinstripe effect that feels precise without looking severe. In this colourway, the blue is soft and washed-back rather than bright, so the design stays light and breathable while still having enough definition to stand out. At approximately 145cm wide, it is a practical fabric for both upholstery and drapery where a smart, understated stripe is wanted.

How to use it

Use it on a slipper chair, bench seat or tailored curtains where the cool blue stripe can sharpen pale woods and painted finishes. It also works well with white, chalky grey and soft oak for a fresh, coastal-leaning scheme.
