About this fabric

This fabric is made from 100% linen and has an approximate width of 132cm, with a vertical repeat of 16cm and a horizontal repeat of 66cm. In this colourway, the stripe reads as a cool, misty blue rather than a strong denim or navy, so the design feels light and softly weathered. The narrow ground stripes keep the cloth looking tailored, while the floral bands bring a delicate decorative rhythm without overpowering the base cloth. It is a useful choice when you want pattern on linen but prefer something restrained and fresh rather than bold.

How to use it

Use Alys Old Blue on Roman blinds, café curtains, or a slim upholstered accent chair where the pale blue stripe can lift a neutral room. It sits neatly with chalk whites, limestone, and faded oak, and also softens deeper navy or sage schemes.
