Calyon Stone reads as a calm, softly speckled stone taupe with a gently dry, woven surface. Its muted, low-contrast finish gives the colourway a refined, versatile look.

About this fabric

This colourway shows a fine, even weave in a warm stone taupe that sits between beige and grey, with just enough tonal variation to keep the surface from looking flat. The 140cm approx width and 43% Cotton, 40% Viscose, 11% Polyester, 6% Linen composition point to a balanced cloth with a soft handle and a lightly textured appearance. With a repeat of V 0cm / H 0cm approx, the design is plain in effect, making the weave and colour depth the focus rather than a motif. The finish feels smart and understated, and the Q 8 + T 3 care code along with √BM fire compliance make it practical for considered interiors.

How to use it

Use this stone taupe beside pale oak, chalky neutrals and brushed metal for a polished scheme. It also works well as a grounding fabric against deeper olive, cocoa or charcoal accents.

A quietly tailored neutral that layers easily with timber, linen and deeper earthy tones.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
