Calyon Pale Aqua

Lucas FabricJ855F-13

Calyon Pale Aqua reads as a very light, cool aqua with a softly heathered look across the weave. The small, even texture gives it a calm, tailored finish rather than a flat painted surface.

About this fabric

This Lucas fabric by Jane Churchill is a plain with no visible repeat, making the weave and colour the focus of the design. It is composed of 43% Cotton, 40% Viscose, 11% Polyester and 6% Linen, and the cloth is approximately 140cm wide. The pale aqua shade sits between blue and green, with a muted, airy quality that feels fresh without becoming bright. Its subtly mottled surface catches the light gently, giving the colourway a soft depth that suits relaxed interiors.

How to use it

Use this pale aqua on a compact armchair, headboard or loose cover where its cool tone can bring a light, breathable feel. It also works well with chalky whites, pale oak and natural linen textures.

A soft blue-green neutral that works neatly across upholstery and curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
