Hector Wallcovering Blue

Hector Wallcovering Blue presents a cool, muted blue-grey surface with a fine vertical linen grain. Its quiet tonal variation gives the plain-looking ground gentle depth without introducing a visible motif.

About this wallpaper

The close-up shows a softened blue-grey shade with a slightly slate cast, while the linen fibres create delicate vertical striations across the surface. Made from 100% linen, it has a restrained tactile character rather than a polished or glossy finish. The supplied repeat is approximately 0cm vertically and 2cm horizontally, consistent with the near-plain appearance visible here. Its low-contrast texture allows the cool colour to remain the defining feature.

How to use it

Pair this blue-grey wallcovering with chalky whites, pale oak and soft grey upholstery for a calm, cool scheme. In a study or bedroom, its fine linen grain adds depth while keeping the walls visually quiet.

Use this cool blue-grey wallcovering to bring a calm, lightly textured backdrop to bedrooms, studies or coastal-inspired interiors.

Pairs well with

Hector Wallcovering Blue is a quiet cloth, so it carries a pattern beside it: one of these on the curtains and this on the chair. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
