Fleet Stripe Sisal Wallpaper Stone

Naturals IV WallpaperW7035-05

Fleet Stripe Sisal Wallpaper in Stone has a quiet, pale taupe-grey ground with closely spaced vertical lines. The fine texture gives the surface a softly striated appearance, while the low contrast keeps the colourway calm and understated.

About this wallpaper

This Colefax and Fowler wallcovering is made from 100% sisal, visible here as a tightly lined, natural-looking surface with subtle tonal variation. Stone reads as a cool, softened neutral rather than a warm cream, with the fine vertical stripe catching the light gently across the swatch. The pattern specification is approximately V 0cm / H 0.5cm, creating an almost continuous linear effect. Its restrained scale and muted depth make the texture more noticeable at close range than from across the room.

How to use it

Use Stone across a whole room where a pale, cool neutral is needed, pairing its fine vertical rhythm with warm timber, chalky paintwork or softly coloured upholstery. It also suits quieter contemporary schemes that need texture without a pronounced pattern contrast.

Use this softly toned sisal wallcovering to add fine vertical rhythm without introducing strong contrast.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
