Fabienne Wallcovering Aqua

Naturals III WallpaperW7023-06

Fabienne Wallcovering Aqua has a pale, cool aqua ground softened by ivory and sandy beige threads. Its closely spaced horizontal striations give the surface a calm textile character rather than a bold patterned effect.

About this fabric

Made from 87% linen and 13% wool, this Colefax and Fowler wallcovering shows a fine, even linear texture across the swatch. The aqua is muted and lightly greyed, with warm ivory fibres and delicate beige-pink traces adding depth without disrupting its airy appearance. The supplied vertical and horizontal repeat are both approximately 0cm, so the design reads as a continuous striated surface. Subtle changes in the visible threads catch the light gently, keeping the colourway soft and understated.

How to use it

Pair the cool aqua-grey tone with chalky whites, pale oak and warm ivory upholstery for a light, restful scheme. Its restrained horizontal texture also works well behind painted furniture, where the beige and ivory threads add just enough warmth.

Use this quietly striated aqua wallcovering to bring cool, softly textured colour to bedrooms, studies or light-filled sitting rooms.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
