About this fabric

This Medora colourway reads as a cool blue-grey ground, cut through with pale cream and taupe peaks that give the zigzag motif a blurred, almost woven shimmer. The fabric is 134cm wide and the design has an approximate vertical repeat of 30cm and horizontal repeat of 34cm, which helps explain the steady, rhythmic layout visible in the swatch. Its composition of 78% viscose, 9% acrylic, 5% polyester, 5% wool and 3% cotton gives the cloth a refined textile handle rather than a flat printed look. With no performance features noted and a fire code of √BM, it is a decorative fabric that feels suitable for schemes where pattern and texture matter equally.

How to use it

The restrained blue-grey palette works well with chalky neutrals, smoked oak and brushed metal, especially where you want pattern without strong contrast. It would also sit neatly alongside deeper navy or slate upholstery for a layered, tailored room.

Use with pale woods and linen plains for a calm, tailored scheme.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
