About this fabric
This Colefax and Fowler fabric is 134cm wide and woven in a blend of 78% viscose, 9% acrylic, 5% polyester, 5% wool and 3% cotton, giving the cloth a softly structured handle. The repeated zigzag motif reads clearly in tomato red, slate grey and warm neutral threads, with the lighter ground keeping the design bright rather than heavy. Its medium-scale repeat of approximately V 30cm and H 34cm gives the pattern enough presence for statement upholstery while still sitting neatly across cushions, chairs or a banquette. The surface looks lightly textured and gently matte, which helps the red feel grounded and the slate feel calm rather than stark. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BM are noted for this exact cloth.
