About this fabric
This fabric from the Marius collection by Colefax and Fowler is woven at approximately 130cm wide, with a large repeat of V 76cm / H 65cm, so the ornate floral layout reads with real scale across a room. The composition of 37% viscose, 32% linen, 26% cotton and 5% polyester gives the surface a slightly dry, textile feel rather than a flat print. In this Dianthus Red colourway, the ground is a saturated coral-red that feels warm and lively, while the scrolling leaves and stylised blooms are picked out in soft greens, pale golds and muted cream. The contrast is decorative without becoming harsh, and the overall effect is richer and more animated than a deeper burgundy or a cooler crimson would be. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BM are supplied for this fabric.
How to use it
