About this fabric

This Jane Churchill fabric has an understated plain weave effect with no visible repeat, so the colour and texture do the talking. The 140cm approx width and versatile fibre blend of 56% Acrylic, 15% Recycled Polyester, 12% Viscose, 5% Polyester, 4% Acrylic (FR), and 4% Cotton make it a practical decorative textile with a balanced hand. Visually, Kline Red reads as a saturated red warmed with coral and terracotta notes, softened by fine vertical slubs that catch the light. The overall effect is smart rather than harsh, with enough texture to keep the surface from looking flat.

How to use it

Use Kline Red on an accent chair, banquette or dining seats where its warm red tone can add focus without feeling overly formal. It also works well with pale neutrals, tobacco leather and dark timber to let the colour stay rich and grounded.

A vivid coral-red with a softly textured surface that brings energy to tailored seating.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
