Carlotta Red

Medora FabricF4788-02

Carlotta Red shows a small geometric repeat in a warm coral-red palette, lifted by pale ground tones that keep the pattern feeling light. The surface has a crisp woven look rather than a plush finish.

About this fabric

This Medora colourway has a finely scaled diamond and chevron motif that reads as orderly and decorative without feeling heavy. The red is softened into a coral, terracotta-leaning shade, with beige and blush threads lightening the ground and giving the cloth a slightly sun-warmed look. At approximately 138cm wide with a repeat of V 5cm / H 4cm approx, it is made for neat pattern placement across seating or window treatments. The composition of 54% Viscose, 22% Polyester, 15% Linen and 9% Cotton suggests a fabric with a tactile, cloth-like handle and enough body for practical interior use.

How to use it

Pair this shade with natural oak, warm white walls and plain linen to let the small-scale pattern do the work. It also sits well with rust, clay and muted green accents for a layered, collected scheme.

Use this warm coral red to add lively colour without overpowering a room.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
