About this fabric

This woven fabric has a small-scale repeating chevron-check effect that reads crisp from a distance and more intricate up close. The palette combines warm sand and blush pink with cool turquoise threads, giving the cloth a balanced warmth and a slightly spring-like lift. At approximately 142cm wide, it is worked in a substantial multipurpose composition of 26% cotton, 25% viscose, 21% linen, 19% polyester, 6% wool and 3% polyamide. The 12cm by 7cm approximate repeat gives the pattern enough movement for upholstery or relaxed drapery, while the textured weave keeps the surface looking refined rather than flat. The Q 8 + T 3 care code and √BM fire rating make it a practical decorative choice for interior schemes.

How to use it

Use this colourway on a small sofa, dining chair or headboard where the pink-and-sand ground can soften sharper architectural lines. It also works well with chalky neutrals, pale oak and muted green accents, which echo the fabric’s fresh yet restrained tone.

Pair with pale timber and warm neutrals to let the zigzag pattern feel fresh rather than busy.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Chandler Pink/Sand without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
