Chandler Red/Green

Medora FabricF4791-03

Chandler Red/Green shows a neat zigzag weave in muted rose-red, sage green and soft neutral tones. The pattern reads crisp and ordered, with enough contrast to give the cloth a lively, tailored feel.

About this fabric

This Medora fabric combines 26% cotton, 25% viscose, 21% linen, 19% polyester, 6% wool and 3% polyamide, giving the small-scale weave a lightly textured, substantial handle. The repeat is approximately V 12cm by H 7cm, and the pattern appears as a repeating chevron that alternates dusty red with pale green and warm beige. In this colourway the red is softened rather than bright, so the overall effect is restrained, slightly vintage and easy to live with. The 142cm approximate width makes it practical for upholstery projects, and the Q 8 + T 3 care code and √BM fire code are included for specification reference.

How to use it

Use this muted red-and-green weave on an armchair, dining chair or ottoman where its small zigzag will add movement without overpowering the room. It pairs especially well with painted wood, worn leather and calm neutrals, letting the sage note cool the warmer red.

A compact zigzag weave that brings quiet colour and tailored texture to seating or cushions.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
