About this fabric

This Colefax and Fowler wallcovering is made from 100% linen, visible here as a delicate crosswoven texture with slight tonal variation across the swatch. The Sienna colourway is muted and sun-warmed rather than strongly orange, with a soft taupe cast that keeps the overall effect understated. The design has an approximate vertical repeat of 0cm and horizontal repeat of 2cm, creating an almost continuous plain surface. Fine flecks and subtly uneven threads catch the light just enough to prevent the beige from appearing flat.

How to use it

Use Sienna across a bedroom, hallway or relaxed sitting room where its warm beige tone can sit comfortably with natural timber, chalky paint and woven accents. Pair it with deeper tan or muted terracotta details to draw out the colourway’s gentle sienna warmth.

Use this softly textured sienna beige wallcovering to bring gentle warmth and quiet depth to calm, natural interiors.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
