About this fabric

From Jane Churchill’s Otto Indoor-Outdoor collection, this outdoor fabric is woven in 100% Solu Dyed Polyester, giving the cloth a practical performance finish suited to exterior use. The check is set at approximately 10cm by 10cm repeat, with fine blue verticals and horizontals creating a tidy grid across the 138cm width. In this colourway the blue sits on the softer side of the spectrum, so the pattern feels fresh rather than sharp, and the pale ground keeps the look open and breathable. The weave has a dry, textile texture that suits casual spaces where a crisp but relaxed scheme is wanted. Care code C 7 9 T 3 and fire code K are supplied for reference.

How to use it

Use this colourway for cushions, bench pads or covered seating where a pale blue check can bring a clean, coastal note. It also works well with white-painted wood, natural timber and soft grey-green planting for an easy outdoor scheme.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
