Melia Wallpaper Aqua shows a delicate field of overlapping fan or scallop shapes in a cool, pale aqua tone. Fine linear detailing gives the surface a softly etched appearance, while the low-contrast colour keeps the pattern light and airy.

About this fabric

The repeating fan motif is arranged in a close, small-scale pattern, with fine aqua lines layered over a very pale ground. Its cool blue-green cast is muted rather than saturated, giving the design a calm, softly luminous quality as the light picks out the fine linework. This wallcovering is made from 100% Vinyl - Paper and has an approximate vertical repeat of 52cm with a horizontal repeat of 0cm. The restrained contrast allows the geometric pattern to read as texture from a distance while remaining clearly decorative up close.

How to use it

Pair this pale aqua colourway with chalky whites, light grey upholstery and washed timber for a cool, gentle scheme. It would suit a bedroom, hallway or sitting room where the small repeating pattern can add detail without darkening the walls.

Use this cool, pale aqua wallcovering to bring quiet pattern and a light, refined feel to bedrooms, hallways or sitting rooms.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
