About this fabric

This fabric is sold as a 138cm-wide textile with a repeat of approximately 68cm vertically and 17cm horizontally, and it is made from 84% polypropylene and 16% polyester. The weave in this colourway reads as warm ebony against a pale stone ground, creating a clear basket-like geometry with fine striped and ribbed sections. The contrast is strong but not stark, so the pattern feels graphic without losing its woven softness. With care code C 8 + W 3 and fire code K, it is a practical decorative fabric for polished interior schemes.

How to use it

Use Saona Ebene on an occasional chair, banquette or scatter cushions where the woven contrast can sit against timber, brass or painted finishes. The stone background softens the ebony pattern, so it works well in rooms that need structure without heavy darkness.

A sharp monochrome weave that brings crisp contrast to tailored seating and cushions.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
