About this fabric

Nolan Gull is a 100% wool fabric from Larsen’s Sami collection, with an approximate width of 314cm and a repeat of V 28cm by H 27cm. In this colourway, the cloth appears as a soft ivory cream rather than a bright white, giving the surface a warm, quietly muted finish. The woven pattern is visible only as a low-contrast grid of rectangles and fine striations, so the texture becomes part of the design without feeling heavy. Its wide width makes it particularly useful for large-scale projects, and the wool handle suggests a fabric that can sit comfortably across both upholstery and drapery applications.

How to use it

Use Nolan Gull to soften larger rooms where you want texture but not strong colour; the pale cream tone sits neatly with oak, limestone and chalky neutrals. It is especially good when you want a tailored look that still feels light and relaxed.

An airy ivory wool with a softly textured surface that works beautifully for both curtains and upholstery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
