Selma Saumon is a soft, sun-warmed pink with a muted salmon cast and a dry linen surface. The plain weave gives it a calm, textural look rather than a glossy finish.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% linen, Selma Saumon has a compact, pebble-like texture that reads tactile and natural across the surface. The colour is a gentle salmon pink with a warm dusty undertone, so it feels softened rather than sugary. With an approximate width of 140cm and no visible repeat, it is straightforward to pattern match and cut for tailored making-up. The Q 8 + T 3 care code and √BM fire code are supplied for this fabric.

How to use it

Use this colourway to bring warmth to a pale scheme without tipping it into brightness; it sits well with oat, stone and weathered oak. It would also lift a bedroom or sitting room with a quiet rosy note on cushions, blind trims or an occasional chair.

A gentle salmon linen that works beautifully on relaxed upholstery or soft drapery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
