Selma Lin is a softly textured linen in an understated beige that reads warm, calm and natural. The close weave gives the surface a lightly pebbled look with gentle tonal variation across the cloth.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% linen, Selma Lin has a dry, tactile handle that shows the material’s natural character clearly in the image. The colour is a muted linen beige with a warm, slightly chalky cast, so it feels lighter and softer than a deeper stone or taupe. Its plain, texture-led surface and zero repeat make it easy to pattern-match and ideal for a clean, continuous finish. At approximately 140cm wide, it is a practical choice for both upholstery and curtains, and the √BM fire code adds useful specification for contract-aware schemes.

How to use it

Use this soft beige on relaxed upholstered seating, especially where you want texture without visual weight. It also works beautifully as curtains in a neutral scheme, where the woven surface will catch daylight gently.

A calm neutral linen that suits both tailored upholstery and easy, light-filled curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
