Oatflake is a warm oat-beige colourway with a closely looped surface that creates a fine, softly pebbled texture across the swatch. Its light natural tone is gently varied by tiny darker flecks within the weave.

About this fabric

This Fairisle colourway is catalogued as Wool Loop, with compact rounded loops forming a dense, even surface. Oatflake sits between pale beige and oatmeal, with a softly warm cast rather than a cool grey undertone. The small-scale loops catch the light unevenly, giving the otherwise quiet colour subtle depth and a tactile, natural finish. It is supplied as a Carpet and has no performance features noted.

How to use it

Use Oatflake where a warm, light neutral is needed to soften a room without introducing a strong colour contrast. Its lightly flecked beige surface works especially well with natural timber, ivory textiles and muted earthy accents.

A softly flecked oat tone with a dense looped surface and natural, tactile character.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
