About this fabric

The large abstract shapes have uneven, brush-like edges, while the visible chenille weave gives the surface a softly napped, tactile appearance. Its palette moves between cool turquoise and deep violet, warm wine red and flashes of fresh lime, giving the design strong tonal depth rather than a flat multicolour effect. Made from 100% polyester and 138cm wide, ACC3131 is intended for domestic upholstery and is machine washable. It also carries Domestic Cig & Match flame retardancy.

How to use it

Use ACC3131 as a statement upholstery on an occasional chair, footstool or compact sofa, picking out its turquoise and plum tones with simpler surrounding fabrics. Warm timber will emphasise the burgundy notes, while pale walls will let the lime and teal accents stand out.

Use this vivid chenille on a statement chair or sofa, balanced with quiet teal, plum or neutral furnishings.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
