About this fabric

The design is formed from broken vertical bands and organic, blurred-edged shapes, with the slate ground allowing the warmer taupe and blush areas to stand out without becoming bright. Fine horizontal texture across the chenille catches the light subtly, adding depth to the blue-grey and charcoal areas. Made from 100% polyester, this 138cm-wide fabric is graded for domestic upholstery and is machine washable. It also has Domestic Cig & Match flame retardancy for appropriate home upholstery applications.

How to use it

Pair the cool slate and charcoal ground with weathered wood, brushed metal and warm taupe upholstery details; use the dusty blush accents sparingly in cushions or painted furniture for a balanced scheme.

Use this muted, painterly colourway on a domestic armchair or sofa with charcoal, taupe and dusty pink accents.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
