About this fabric

This velvet is woven in 48% polyester, 48% viscose and 4% cotton, with a 138cm width for practical upholstery work. In the swatch, the cool ivory-grey base is crossed by muted beige Greek-key-like lines, while the surface catches the light with a fine, directional shimmer. Rated for both contract and domestic upholstery, it is suitable for seating and other upholstered pieces where this restrained geometric structure can be appreciated. Aftercare is professional; the fabric meets Domestic Cig & Match requirements and can be treated to Crib 5 contract grade.

How to use it

Use EXT2553 on a tailored armchair, headboard or contemporary sofa where its soft ivory-grey tone can brighten the form without losing the warmth of the beige maze lines. Combine it with chalky neutrals, pale oak and brushed metal for a calm, precise scheme.
