EXT2665

Extravaganza FabricEXT2665

EXT2665 combines pale sage, chalky cream, soft taupe and cool grey in a field of interlocking hexagons. Its subtly textured surface gives the light neutrals more depth, while the muted green tones keep the colourway calm and contemporary.

About this fabric

This Extravaganza fabric is a velvet made from 48% polyester, 48% viscose and 4% cotton, with a 138cm width suited to upholstery projects. The geometric hexagons vary between softly striated taupe and grey-green sections and brighter, almost chalk-white motifs, creating a layered woven effect. The gentle sage colouring reads cool and restful rather than strongly botanical, with the raised-looking texture catching light across each shape. It is graded for Contract and Domestic upholstery, has Domestic Cig & Match flame retardancy, and can be treated to Crib 5 contract grade.

How to use it

Use EXT2665 on a statement armchair, dining seat or sofa where its pale sage and neutral hexagons can sit alongside warm timber, cream upholstery and brushed metal. Its restrained contrast also works well as a patterned accent against plain taupe or soft grey furnishings.

Use this softly coloured geometric velvet to bring quiet pattern and texture to upholstered seating.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
