About this fabric

This 100% polyester chenille combines blue-grey and mineral-grey tones with small accents of dusty red, blush, cream and darker blue. The close-up weave shows irregular horizontal and vertical slubs, creating a compact, tactile texture that catches the light in small shifts across the surface. At 138cm wide, it is graded for both Contract and Domestic upholstery. The fabric is machine washable, with Domestic Cig & Match flame retardancy and the option to be treated to Crib 5 contract grade.

How to use it

Use this cool, quietly multicoloured upholstery on a sofa, armchair or headboard where the blue-grey base can soften warmer woods while the red and cream flecks connect with cushions and accessories. Its small-scale texture is especially effective on larger upholstered forms without creating a strong repeating motif.

A cool blue-grey base with lively red, cream and slate flecks for relaxed, characterful upholstery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
