Nostalgia FabricNOS2026

NOS2026 combines rusty terracotta, wine-red and cream zigzags with cool muted blue-green accents. The chenille surface gives the tightly repeated chevron pattern a visibly tactile, softly raised finish.

About this fabric

This chenille colourway layers rust, burgundy, dusty cream and muted teal into closely packed, irregular chevrons, creating a warm but slightly softened geometric effect. At 138cm wide, it is supplied for domestic upholstery and has a composition of 52% acrylic and 48% polyester. The chenille pile catches the light unevenly across the zigzag bands, adding depth to the dark red and blue-green areas. Aftercare is professional; its flame retardancy is Domestic Cig & Match, with the option to treat it to Crib 5 contract grade.

How to use it

Use the rust and burgundy ground on a statement chair, ottoman or sofa where the medium-scale chevrons can remain visible. Pick up the muted teal and cream accents with quieter surrounding textiles to balance the colourway’s dense pattern.

Use this richly coloured chenille to bring patterned depth to domestic upholstery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
