About this fabric
This 100% polyester chenille is woven with a small cream-and-navy check, with softened blue tones appearing where the threads intersect. Its 138cm width makes it suitable for contract and domestic upholstery, including furniture with repeated fabric panels. The chenille construction gives the surface a gently raised, tactile finish that catches the light across the alternating checks. It is machine washable and has domestic cigarette-and-match flame retardancy; it can also be treated to Crib 5 contract grade.
How to use it
Use the warm cream base to lighten a navy, blue or natural-toned room, while the closely scaled check adds a smart tailored finish to upholstered seating. It would also suit dining chairs or a compact armchair where the pattern can be appreciated at close range.
