About this fabric

The velvet reads as charcoal through its deeper areas, while lighter parts reveal a cooler slate-blue tone. Its plain surface has a cloudy, lightly brushed appearance with fine vertical tonal movement rather than a printed motif. Made from 100% polyester and supplied at 138cm wide, it is suitable for Contract and Domestic upholstery. Aftercare is machine washable, with Contract GreenFR® Plus flame retardancy.

How to use it

Pair this cool blue-grey velvet with warm timber, brushed metal or pale stone to balance its charcoal depth. It is especially effective on sofas, dining chairs and statement occasional seating where the changing nap can be seen.
