About this fabric

The swatch reads as a rich blue-green teal, with darker and lighter passages running vertically through the nap rather than a printed motif. Its velvet surface has a close, softly lustrous texture that shifts gently as the light moves across it. Made from 100% polyester and 138cm wide, it is listed for both contract and domestic upholstery. It is machine washable and carries Contract GreenFR® Plus flame retardancy.

How to use it

Pair this saturated deep teal with warm wood, aged brass or soft neutral upholstery to balance its cool depth. Its tonal pile also works well on buttoned or simply shaped seating where the changing sheen can remain visible.

Use this deep teal velvet to add saturated colour and softly shifting texture to upholstered seating, headboards or occasional chairs.
