About this fabric

Made from 100% polyester, this 138cm-wide velvet has the dense, even appearance suited to upholstered furniture. The deep blue-teal colour reads cool and saturated, while the nap gives the plain surface a little depth rather than a flat, printed finish. PAS2720 is suitable for contract and domestic upholstery and is machine washable. It has Domestic Cig & Match flame retardancy and can be treated to Crib 5 contract grade.

How to use it

Pair this cool, deep blue-teal with warm timber, aged brass and soft neutrals to balance its saturated colour. Its light-catching pile also suits a statement armchair, curved sofa or upholstered headboard where the shade can shift subtly across the form.
