PAS2726 is a quietly luminous velvet in a pale, dusty blush-mauve tone. Its even surface shows a soft change in shade as the pile catches the light, giving the plain colour gentle depth.

About this fabric
Made from 100% polyester, this 138cm-wide velvet is suitable for both contract and domestic upholstery. The colour combines a cool blush pink with a muted mauve-taupe cast, avoiding the sweetness of a brighter pink. Its fine, even pile creates a restrained velvet sheen rather than a high-contrast pattern. PAS2726 is machine washable and has domestic Cigarette and Match flame retardancy; it can also be treated to Crib 5 contract grade.
How to use it
Use this dusty blush-mauve on a sofa, headboard or occasional chair where its cool, softened tone can sit comfortably with warm neutrals, pale timber and brushed metal. Keep surrounding textiles understated to let the velvet’s subtle light-catching surface provide the detail.
