About this fabric

Made from 100% polyester, this 138cm-wide velvet is suitable for both contract and domestic upholstery. The dark teal colourway has a cool, muted character, while subtle vertical and horizontal tonal marks create the impression of gently brushed texture. A restrained velvet sheen catches across the surface rather than appearing brightly lustrous, keeping the overall look sophisticated and composed. It is machine washable and carries Contract GreenFR® Plus flame retardancy.

How to use it

Use this cool, deep blue-green on a sofa, armchair or occasional seat where its charcoal-teal depth can anchor pale timber, warm neutrals or softly contrasting rust accents. Keep surrounding patterns restrained so the fabric’s nuanced surface remains visible.
