Ombra FabricOMB3330

OMB3330 is a rich burnt-orange velvet with a quietly varied surface rather than a printed pattern. Its directional pile catches the light in soft vertical shifts, giving the colour depth without losing its solid appearance.

About this fabric

This Ombra colourway reads as warm terracotta, with coppery orange highlights and deeper rust tones where the velvet nap changes direction. The close surface has a subtle, mottled pile that creates gentle tonal movement across the 138cm width, while the image shows no distinct motif or repeat. Made from 100% polyester, it is suitable for contract and domestic upholstery and is machine washable. Contract GreenFRĀ® Plus flame retardancy adds a practical specification for commercial upholstery applications.

How to use it

Pair the burnt terracotta tone with aged timber, tobacco leather or warm neutral walls for an enveloping scheme. Its softly shifting velvet surface works particularly well on a statement armchair, ottoman or generously upholstered sofa.

Use this warm terracotta velvet to bring depth and a softly lustrous finish to upholstered seating.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
