About this fabric

This Ombra colourway is a 100% polyester velvet with a dark charcoal-black ground and a gently mottled, brushed texture visible across the surface. At 138cm wide, it is graded for both contract and domestic upholstery. Machine-washable aftercare is supplied, along with Contract GreenFR® Plus flame retardancy. The low-contrast surface keeps the design plain and restrained, with directional nap adding faint bands of grey-black depth rather than a pronounced pattern.

How to use it

Use this deep charcoal-black velvet on seating where a near-black finish is wanted without a completely flat appearance. Its subtle nap variation pairs well with tonal greys, smoked wood and restrained contemporary interiors.
