About this fabric

Made from 100% polyester, this 138cm-wide chenille has a dense, tactile surface formed by closely packed horizontal fibres and subtle tonal variation. The colour sits between warm beige and muted taupe, with slightly deeper flecks that prevent the plain weave from looking flat. It is suitable for contract and domestic upholstery and is machine washable for aftercare. The fabric has Domestic Cig & Match GreenFR® flame retardancy and can be treated to contract grade.

How to use it

Pair this warm taupe colourway with chalky creams, natural timber and softly aged leather for a calm, layered scheme. Its restrained mottling also works well on larger upholstered pieces where a plain neutral needs quiet texture rather than a pattern.

Use this warm taupe chenille on sofas, dining seats or occasional upholstery where its softly mottled texture can add depth without a printed motif.
