About this fabric

Woven in 100% polyester, this 138cm-wide chenille has a fine, compact texture rather than a visible pattern, with tiny shifts between brown, taupe and muted grey catching across the cloth. The surface looks softly tactile and suitably substantial for upholstery, making it appropriate for both contract and domestic use. ROM4171 is machine washable for practical aftercare. It offers domestic Cig & Match flame retardancy and can be treated to Crib 5 contract grade.

How to use it

Use this muted taupe-brown on a sofa, armchair or dining seat where its understated colour can anchor cream, stone, charcoal and aged timber. Its subtle grey cast also works well with cooler neutrals without losing the warmth of brown.
