About this fabric

Woven from 100% polyester, this 138cm-wide chenille has a compact, tactile texture suited to upholstered furniture. The warm brown colour sits between caramel and toasted chestnut, while lighter threads subtly lift the surface and prevent it from looking flat. ROM4176 is graded for both contract and domestic upholstery, making it suitable for everyday seating and more demanding interiors. It is machine washable, and its flame-retardancy specification is Domestic Cig & Match, with treatment available to achieve Crib 5 contract grade.

How to use it

Use this cognac-brown colourway on a sofa, dining chair or occasional chair where its warm, grounded tone can soften stone, cream and muted olive surroundings. The small-scale woven texture also works well as a calm counterpoint to patterned cushions or more highly finished timber.

A warm cognac tone and softly tactile weave bring understated depth to upholstered seating.
