About this fabric

Made from 100% polyester, this 138cm-wide chenille is suitable for both contract and domestic upholstery. The compact woven texture gives the plain colour visible depth, while the low-contrast surface keeps the overall look calm and tailored. Aftercare is machine washable, and the fabric has Domestic Cig & Match flame retardancy; it can also be treated to Crib 5 contract grade. The burgundy shade has a gently softened quality rather than a bright or saturated red appearance.

How to use it

Use ROM4181 on a sofa, armchair or dining seat where its deep burgundy tone can act as a warm focal colour. Pair it with aged timber, tobacco leather or muted neutral walls to bring out the chenille’s subtle tonal variation.
