About this fabric

The close-up shows a rich, dark red velvet with a smooth, finely napped texture and no visible pattern or motif. The shade reads as cool-to-neutral burgundy rather than bright scarlet, giving the surface a deep, enveloping character. Made from 100% polyester and supplied at 138cm wide, SAP3758 is specified for both contract and domestic upholstery. It is machine washable and has Contract GreenFR® Plus flame retardancy.

How to use it

Pair this deep burgundy colourway with warm timber, aged brass or charcoal accents to create a dramatic, cocooning upholstery scheme. Its plain velvet surface is particularly effective on statement armchairs, dining seats and upholstered beds.
