About this fabric

Woven in 95% polyester and 5% lurex, this 140cm-wide fabric has a textured, slubbed look with a subtle sheen threaded through the surface. The visible pattern appears as a distressed grid of lighter highlights across the dark red ground, adding movement without losing the fabric’s overall depth. Its 34cm vertical repeat and 35.5cm horizontal repeat suit a design that needs rhythm and structure, while the shimmer keeps the finish from feeling flat. The tone is a saturated burgundy with earthy warmth, softened by the pale metallic strands that flicker through the weave.

How to use it

This colourway works well on statement chairs, ottomans or cushions where the burgundy ground can anchor a room. Pair it with walnut, aged brass and cream upholstery for a layered, evening feel.

Use with warm wood, brass and quiet neutrals to let the burgundy tone and metallic flecks stand out.
