About this fabric

The plain surface is visibly sumptuous, with a close pile that catches the light in broad, smoky shifts rather than a printed motif. Its Bordeaux tone is saturated and warmly dramatic, deepening to near-black wine in the recessed fold while revealing a softer red glow across the raised surface. At 814gsm and 141cm usable width, this is a substantial textile suited to upholstery. Both the vertical and horizontal pattern repeats are supplied as 0cm, confirming the uninterrupted plain construction.

How to use it

Use this deep Bordeaux on a statement sofa, headboard or upholstered armchair where its wine-red depth can anchor a room. Pair it with aged brass, dark timber and warm neutrals to bring out the pile’s berry highlights without making the scheme feel stark.
