About this fabric

The surface is woven rather than patterned, with fine, closely set threads producing a gentle pebble-like texture and quiet variation between blue and silvery blue tones. This cool Wedgwood shade feels muted and airy rather than saturated, giving the cloth a calm, tailored character. It has a usable width of 135 cm and 67 threads per cm, with no vertical or horizontal pattern repeat. The versatile mid-weight appearance works across upholstery and drapery applications where a softly textured blue is required.

How to use it

Use this pale, cool blue on a window seat, occasional chair or relaxed curtain to bring a light, collected feel to a room. Pair it with chalky whites, pale grey, natural timber and muted metal finishes to echo the fabric’s silvery tonal lift.

A cool, finely textured blue plain weave for tailored upholstery, cushions, blinds or curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
