About this fabric

This Zoffany fabric measures 139 cm wide and weighs 210 gsm, making it a versatile mid-weight choice for both upholstery and drapery. The Venetian red ground reads warm but muted, with fine vertical lines catching the light gently across the surface. A 14 cm horizontal pattern repeat spaces the stripes evenly, while the 0 cm vertical repeat allows the design to run continuously from top to bottom. The tightly detailed construction is reflected in its 226 threads per cm.

How to use it

Use this red as a grounded accent on a reading chair, banquette or tailored curtain, pairing it with aged timber, warm neutrals and muted brass. Its softened Venetian tone works particularly well where a room needs colour with depth but not high saturation.
