About this fabric

This colourway is made from 100% polyester and has a usable width of 140cm, with a 20,000 Martindale rating for general domestic upholstery. It is also treatable for FR drapery and upholstery, making it practical as well as decorative. Visually, the cloth shows a fine plain weave with no repeat, and the wine shade sits between burgundy and claret with a soft, light-absorbing depth. The finish in the folds brings out darker plum-like shadows, giving the fabric a smarter, more tailored feel.

How to use it

Use this wine red to bring warmth to upholstered occasional chairs, banquettes, or cushion accents in neutral interiors. It also works well as lined drapery where the colour can sit against oak, brass, or deep green accents.
