Lorenzo Red
Romilly FabricF4927-01
Lorenzo Red shows a rich wine-red ground crossed with fine vertical stripes in soft pink, olive and cream. The surface has a quietly tailored feel, with the narrow pattern reading crisp rather than ornate.

About this fabric
This colourway has a deep, warm red base that feels darker and more saturated than a bright scarlet, giving the stripe a restrained, upholstered look. The woven details bring in slender cream bands with olive-green accents and blush-toned motifs, so the design has visible depth rather than a flat printed finish. With a repeat of V 14cm / H 22cm approx and a width of 134cm approx, it is a practical decorative fabric in 62% Cotton and 38% Viscose. The cotton-viscose blend gives the cloth a smoother, slightly lustrous handle that suits both curtains and medium-duty furnishing schemes. Fire code √BM is noted.
How to use it
Use this red stripe to bring warmth to a study, dining room or bedroom, especially alongside oak, mahogany or ebonised finishes. Its small-scale vertical pattern works well on chairs, blinds or tailored curtains where the wine-red ground can feel cocooning but still orderly.
Pair with dark wood and antique brass for a polished, traditional look.

Pairs well with
A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Lorenzo Red without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.
Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
