About this fabric

Woven in 100% polyester, COTTINGLEY Wine 2 has a usable width of 140 cm and a 35 cm horizontal by 12 cm vertical repeat. The fabric is specified for accessories, drapery and upholstery, with a General Domestic upholstery grade and a Martindale rating of 20,000, making it suitable for everyday interior use. Visually, the colourway mixes deep claret, burgundy and dark brown stripes with beige and taupe grounds, creating a warm, autumnal finish. The zigzag weave in the background adds texture beneath the broad wave bands, so the surface feels patterned and tactile rather than flat. It is treatable for FR drapery and upholstery and has colour fastness of 5.

How to use it

Use this wine colourway to warm up timber furniture, leather accents or textured neutrals. It works especially well in rooms that need a stronger, more tailored pattern without losing the softness of its earthy ground.
